SUMMARY: | |
The F&B Shift Manager will supervise and coordinate the work performed directly related to their specific venue and supervises the activities of all subordinates; for the appearance, time keeping, high levels of service standards and guest satisfaction, and the on-the-job day-to-day training of the subordinate F&B positions within the venue ensuring that the operation of the venue and Team Member performance are in accordance with Casino Pauma policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: | |
• Three (3) years manager experience in F&B, preferred in a casino or multi-outlet area. • One (1) year of general supervisory experience or successful completion of a supervisory training program required. • Strong leadership and managerial skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment • Experience dealing with disgruntled guests and complaints on a day-day basis and having the skills and ability to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests • ServSafe preferred • Valid food handlers card and knowledge of HACCP principles required • Working knowledge of computers, POS systems, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and related printers and equipment • F&B training experience is required • Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language in spoken and written form

High School Diploma or GED (required), college degree preferred. |

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: | |
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License. | |
