SUMMARY: | ||
Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the casino, and escorts armored car personnel while at the facility. Provides emergency medical assistance and first aid to patrons and employees, as needed; within the scope of EMT certification and training.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: | ||
• 2 years experience in law enforcement, Military or Security (required), or current Peace Officer Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) certificate or substitute the following certificates in place of 1 year experience; guard card, pepper spray certificate, and hand-cuff training certificate/permit • Guard Card (preferred) • EMT License (required) • Valid California Driver’s License (required) • Must be Casino vehicle insurable • Able to type 20 wpm minimum. • Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper security procedures in a public relations/customer service atmosphere • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Federal, tribal, State and local laws applicable to the Casino • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
