What are the responsibilities and job description for the TG Dealer position at CASINO PAUMA?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entry level position
- One year dealing experience (preferred) in a casino with similar betting limits.
- Must be able to successfully pass an audition of dealing skills
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
- Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations
- Skilled in resolving customer and employee relation issues
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Able to obtain and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deal cards, shuffle, make change/chip buys, take and pay customer bets
- Communicate with customers to answer questions
- Implement all dealing procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
