LEAD SECURITY OFFICER
The Lead Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests, employees, and company assets. Oversee all Security activities and team members on assigned shifts as needed and directed by Security Supervisor or Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist in transporting money and chips.
- Control access to restricted areas.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents. Write reports.
- Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
- Must be at least 18 Years of age.
- Casino experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
