About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Server to join our team for the day shift. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Your main goal will be to create a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a beverage server or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of different types of beverages and their preparation methods
- Ability to make recommendations and suggest pairings to guests
- Experience working in a high-volume establishment
- Food Handler's Permit or equivalent certification
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders in a timely and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
