You will be responsible for managing a team of dealers and supervisors, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming regulations are followed and that the casino is operating in compliance with all state and federal laws.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a casino environment
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain Gaming License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a casino environment
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience with scheduling and staffing
