Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in gaming operations management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain Gaming License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with gaming regulations and compliance
- Experience with gaming equipment maintenance and repair
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience with staff scheduling and payroll management
