Food & Beverage Server
The Server is responsible for serving guests. Specific duties include, but are not limited to greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, presenting guest checks, handling money, cleaning and set up of tables, cleaning, performing side work, and provide a high level of guest service. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Food & Beverage Cashier/Bingo Snack Bar
The Cashier is responsible for greeting guests and performing all cashier duties. Specific duties include, but are not limited to greeting and seating customers, taking orders to go, collecting money for guest checks, setting up and maintaining salad bar, general cleaning, receiving guest comments and providing a high level of guest service. Reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
