CASIO AMERICA, INC . has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounting Manager opening in our Dover, NJ office. This role s upervises and performs general accounting functions, utilizing standard accounting principles, by performing the following duties.

- Oversee the supervision of 3 staff. Ensures proper month-end recording of data is complete.
- Generates monthly Oracle E1 integrity verification reports.
- Maintains and runs monthly Oracle E1 System allocation cycles during month-end closing process.
- General Ledger account maintenance in Oracle & FS in Hubble.
- Coordinates monthly financial closing cycle, including the Accounting Calendar, posting journal entry batches, issuing of Divisional P/L results and expense variance analysis.
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation for CAI Payroll account.
- Coordinates testing and documentation of JSox Key Controls.
- Assists outside CPA firm in preparing annual US GAAP Financial Statements.
- Responsible for ensuring the consolidation and review of monthly general ledger B/S account analysis.
- Coordinates quarterly audits being performed by our outside CPA firm.
- Oversees physical inventory cycle counts performed at various warehouse locations.
- Oversees Staff Accountant in the area of Sales Rep Commissions, esp. regarding contract compliance and audit.
- Assists Tax Dept. with Tax Accounting tasks, including Provision calculation and Tax Roll forward Schedule (T13) in Japan Reporting Package.
- Other members of management may assign various duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and up to four years related experience; or advanced degree and up to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Oracle E1 strongly preferred.
Salary : $135,000 - $142,500
