Summary:
The Casper College Testing Center (CCTC) Specialist provides consistent administration and application of testing services to CC students, faculty, staff, and community residents.
Responsibilities:
The Testing Center Specialist will administer all exams contracted at the CCTC according to established protocols and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security for all tests administered at the CCTC. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Essential Duties
Fulfill all requirements and training to administer all tests offered at the CCTC.
- Maintain the security of all tests, test information and the intellectual property of all associate testing companies.
- Adhere to the National College Testing Association Professional Standards and Guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and records, adhering to college, FERPA and other applicable regulations.
- Process test information according to faculty and company requirements.
- Stay current in best practices for testing services and learning new practices when necessary.
- Assist in training and mentoring Testing Center proctors.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer service position
- Experience using MS Office or Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with standardized test administration
- Experience solving computer issues
- Previous experience in higher education
Remote Work Eligibility:
Unless otherwise noted, all positions provide vital support to Casper College and require the successful candidate be available to work on location at the Casper College campus.
