Job Opportunity: Social Media Director / Customer Service Rep

Location: Casper Mountain Motorsports

Casper Mountain Motorsports is seeking someone with a creativity and a great work ethic. We need someone who can do a variety of tasks. Primary duties include managing our social media accounts and filling them with great content. Also following up with internet leads, making customer service phone calls, managing our webpage, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Presence: Update and maintain our website and Facebook page, and list inventory on Facebook Marketplace.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer online inquiries for the sales department, providing excellent service and support to all departments.
• Office Administration: Answer all dealership calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, handle cashier duties, assist with filing, and help with title work and paperwork.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday; closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and reliability are essential. No prior experience required.
