- Prepare detailed reports on findings from inspections, audits, and assessments, ensuring accurate documentation of compliance status.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in workers compensation law and other relevant regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of EPA regulations and OSHA standards related to occupational health and safety.
- Proficiency in report writing with the ability to clearly communicate complex information.
- Experience in training development to effectively educate staff on EHS practices.
- Familiarity with workers compensation processes and laws.
- Certification in CPR is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis of incidents.
