What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mix Operator - Grave Shift, 12HR, 6PM position at Casper's Ice Cream?
We RAISED our wages again!! Come join the Casper’s Ice Cream team as we produce our very own FatBoy Ice Cream novelties and other frozen treats! We are currently seeking applicants to join our mix team! (And YES, we have weekly factory seconds giveaways for employees to take home and fill their freezers!)
Schedule
- Grave Shift, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and alternating every other Sunday
- NO SCHEDULE/SHIFT ROTATIONS! We don’t force our team members to “take turns” working schedules that wreck their sleep schedules and interfere with home time!
Pay
- Training pay starts at $23.50/hr. ($21.50 per hour plus $2.00 grave shift differential) with potential to reach $27.00/hr. with aggressive pay scale and promotion potential.
- BONUS: Monthly performance-based bonus potential of up to $300 per month during busy season (March – July)
