Casper’s Ice Cream is proudly celebrating its 100-year Anniversary this summer, and we plan to double in size over the next 4-5 years! Located in the beautiful agricultural surroundings of Richmond, Utah, we have one of the newest ice cream manufacturing plants in the country with state-of-the-art automation. Because of our expected growth, we are adding a Process Controls Specialist to our team.
Reporting to the Process Controls Engineer, this role bridges the gap between advanced technical expertise and hands-on equipment support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, and a passion for improving processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Training schedule: Day shift for 90 days.

Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 starting range, DOE.
