JAIL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT TO EXPECT
You work rotating shifts, including holidays on your assigned schedule, some weekends, and some evenings until 10:00 pm.
As our entry-level Jail Operations Administrative Support Specialist, you provide invaluable assistance to ensure seamless, efficient workdays. This is a non-security position, and you don't have to worry about directly supervising inmates. Instead, you're helping out behind the scenes to keep our facility running smoothly. Your responsibilities include administering medication to inmates, assisting with facility deliveries and logistics, and supporting internal functions.
Collaborating with facility staff, including security, medical, administrative, and nursing teams, you help out wherever needed. We provide training to help you learn security controls, court records management, and security protocols. You document your work, inform nurses about adverse medication reactions, and closely follow safety guidelines to prevent any incidents. In case of emergencies, you jump in to help however you can.
