Run day to day operations of in-house Coffee Shop
Daily opening and closing procedures
Point of sale system to include cash handling and employee charging
Balance/close out money drawer daily
Make and serve drinks and food to order
Inventory and purchase orders of supplies
Perform sanitation processes in work area and customer area
Engage in caring and professional communication
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Food industry and barista experience preferred
Comfortable with point of sale systems including credit card and cash handling
Customer service driven
Schedule:
80 hours per pay period
6a-2:30p
Mon-Fri
Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs on the department
