As a CDL Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver quality and sustainability every day. If you're a self-motivated, hands-on professional with a passion for safety and excellence, we want YOU to join our Casting Operations team!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of vehicles — roll-off trucks, flatbeds, and end dumps to transport materials and support operations.
- Deliver to local customers — ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
- Exchange roll-off boxes to maintain smooth logistics and operational flow.
- Ensure truck safety — uphold high safety standards for vehicle operations and report any issues promptly to dispatch.
Additional Duties:
- Forklift operation for loading and unloading materials.
- Clean and inspect wheels to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
- Meet production goals while maintaining top-quality standards.
- Sort scrap metal, maintain inventory, and assist with other warehouse tasks.
- Be proactive in completing any other responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications
- 2 year of Class A CDL driving experience, particularly with roll-off trucks or tractor-trailer flatbeds.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) clean driving record with no DUI in the last 7 years.
- Clean MVR and the ability to pass a hair follicle drug test and comprehensive background check.
- Action-oriented with a sense of urgency and responsibility.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in variable conditions
- Comfortable bending, climbing, and working around industrial equipment
