Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic construction tools.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
