POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of Cassaday & Company, a top wealth management firm in the country and Virginia’s #1 financial advisor, you will join our team as a member of the Advanced Strategies Department. This position primarily supports the firm by supporting existing clients with their insurance, annuity and 401(k) plan servicing needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Advanced Strategies, and will have daily interaction with senior executives, internal departments, and our clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with clients and assist with insurance and annuity data gathering.
- Assist with insurance and annuity sales process and new business applications.
- Provide clients with analysis and recommendations for insurance and annuity needs.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, conference calls, and firm advisor training sessions; to include relevant conference room arrangements aned A/V requirements.
- Maintain client account records.
- Manage multiple tasks and maintain ability to juggle competing priorities through organization and prioritizatio of work.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Advanced Strategies and the Advanced Strategies Client Relationship Manager as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
- Although not required, holding a life and health insurance license or having prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; strong work ethic, client services orientation, job commitment, initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and computer skills, with intermediate level proficiency in Word and Excel applications.
- Maintain professional demeanor due to constant interaction with senior leadership and clientele.
- The ability to work with all levels of management and anticipate support requirements are critical skills needed to be successful in this role.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision and maintain a high degree of confidentiality with regard to client and personnel matters.
- Preferred candidates will have demonstrated skills in all areas and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
