Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage all aspects of our accounting processes and to manage office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage accounts payable, including checking invoices for accuracy and bill payments.
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process payments including managing credit card transactions and reconciliations, process online transactions.
- Manage vendor and service contracts
- Supply management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with account analysis, general ledger accounting, and double entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
