Lake Ridge Care Center , a 5-star, 56-bed facility, is currently seeking a Part-Time Cook / Culinary Aide to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents. This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied scheduled including weekends. You will work every other weekend as a cook and as a culinary aide during the week.
Cook Hours : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30pm every other Saturday and Sunday
Culinary Aide Hours : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm (2-4 days per pay period)
Pay : $17.04 - $22.90 / hour depending on experience
What does a Cook / Culinary Aide do?
- Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and assist cooking all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
