Job Description

• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
• Enhance residents' quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Must pass a MN Background Check.
