Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Conduct vital sign recordings and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Utilize mechanical lifts and other equipment safely and efficiently, minimizing risk of injury.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program and certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs, meeting job demands.
