We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursing Assistant at Moose Lake Village.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist nurses with delegated tasks, including vital sign recordings and mechanical lift operations.
- Enhance residents' quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities.
No Prior Experience Required
We welcome individuals with a passion for caring for others. Our comprehensive training program is designed to prepare you for success:
- CNA Training Program: 75 hours of online and in-person learning.
- Certification: Earn your CNA certification upon completion.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Pass a MN Background Check.
