By fostering a culture of compassion and clinical excellence, the DON ensures that care standards are consistently met and often exceeded. They lead and mentor the nursing staff, driving professional development and promoting best practices in resident care. Through strategic planning and collaboration with other departments, the DON also enhances operational efficiency, creating a nurturing and safe environment where residents thrive.
