Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at Cassia CONNECT, you will make a significant impact in senior living facilities. You will provide hands-on care to residents, monitoring their health, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to address medical concerns promptly. Additionally, you will foster a sense of community and dignity for residents by building trusting relationships and advocating for their needs and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be currently registered and licensed as an RN in the State of MN and hold current CPR certification. You should also be able to work some weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to serving others.
