- Deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, grooming, and hygiene
- Build trusting relationships with residents, their families, and other caregivers to create a sense of community and alleviate feelings of loneliness
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, progress, and concerns to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among healthcare teams
