Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential medical care to residents
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with daily health needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered and licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota
- Must have a current CPR certification
- Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
