Nursing Assistant Job Description
As a Nursing Assistant at Lakeside Generations, you will provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to our residents. Your duties will include assisting with nurse-delegated tasks, such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
- Provide empathetic support to residents in their daily lives.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.

Training and Certification

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Show the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs safely.
- Pass a Minnesota background check.
