How you will make an impact:
In this dual role of MDS/Quality Assurance Nurse you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained for our residents. Responsibilities will include completing MDS assessments as well as performing high quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Schedule varies:
- Full-time Position- Monday - Friday
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered and licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
- Must have a current CPR certification
- Experience in TCU, LTC and MDS is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
