What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Cassia?
Moose Lake Village, a 5-star rated senior community, is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time and On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. We are seeking an individual who is a team player and is also comfortable working independently. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering up to a $3,000 Bonus!
There are Full Time, Part-Time and On-Call positions available working 32 hours a month with 16 of those hours being on the weekend.
Full-Time Shifts: Evenings (2:15pm to 10:45pm), and Nights (10:30pm to 7:00am)
Part-Time Shifts: Nights (10:30pm to 7:00am)
Starting Pay: $19.30 / hour (Evening differential: $1.00 / hour, Night differential: $2.00 / hour)
Full-Time is eligible for a $3,000 bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $1,500 bonus.
Bonus payout will be discussed in interview.

What does a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) require?
- Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry
- At least 16 years of age
- Strong communication skills
