The Pines in Richfield, an award-winning 82-unit independent and assisted living campus and an affiliate of Cassia,is seeking a Full-TimeDirector of Housing to join our team!
The successful candidate will preferably have at least two years previous experience in housing or property management, ideallyworking with aging adultsand/or disabled persons.In addition, a BA degree related to long term care or housing, current knowledge of legal requirements related to housing, basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and excellent oral and written communication skills are required in this position.

Director of Housing Responsibilities:
- Managethe day-to-day operations of a senior housing building that has assisted living, care suites, and independent living options for aging adults
- Display an understanding ofconfidentiality for resident information and vulnerable adult issues
- Oversee the facility financial performance
- Finalizefacility contracts
- Work with Activities Director to coordinaterecreational/social activities
- Processmonthly billings and preparereports
- Supervise a staff of approximately 38 people
- BA or BS degree in Health, Gerontology or Business Administration required
- Previous experience in business management, emphasis on property management preferred
- 1-2 years staff supervisory experience preferred
- Understanding of the comprehensive home care rules and regulations a must
