What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide (HHA) NOC shift position at Cassia?
Join our compassionate team at Apple Valley Villa as a Home Health Aide! In this role, you will answer and transfer phone calls and provide routine nursing care and services to our residents.
This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position working 40 hours every 2 weeks including every other weekend.
Part-Time Shifts: Night (11:00pm to 7:00am) (.5)
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour depending on experience
What does a Home Health Aide do?
- Provide routine nursing care and services to our residents
- Administer medications to residents as needed
- Communicate any resident concerns with licensed nursing staff
- Assist in resident emergencies
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls as needed
- Perform additional tasks as required
What does a Home Health Aide require?
- CNA certification is welcomed but not required to apply.
- Med Passer experience preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English fluently
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work well with others
- A passion for fostering fullness of life for those we serve
- Selected candidates are required to pass background checks
- Must be 18 years or older
