Harmony Gardens, a premier senior living community in Maplewood, MN, is excited to announce opportunities for a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Our brand-new campus, opened in December 2022, boasts state-of-the-art facilities and a 4-star rating.

We are seeking a dedicated LPN who is passionate about providing quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license and a commitment to delivering compassionate care with professionalism and empathy.
There are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available working NOC Shift (10:30pm-7:00am) This is every other weekend block schedule.
Pay Range: $28.77- $34.19 / hour

What does a Nurse do?
- Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
- Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
What does a Nurse require?
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
