Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Elim Wellspring, a 5-star rated, senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, & On-Call Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering a new pay scale! Plus, a $5,000 Bonus! 

We're a short drive away from the following cities: Cambridge, Zimmerman, Dalbo, Elk River, Milaca, Pease, Foreston, and St. Cloud. 

Full-Time: Day, 7am to 7pm or Night (NOC) 7pm to 7am (will work in the short-stay TCU units)

Part-Time: Evening, 3pm to 11pm (6 days a pay period)

On-Call: Day, Evening, or Night (36 hours / month including 2 weekend shifts & every 3rd holiday)

Wage Range: $27.58 - $30.58 / hour depending on experience

Full-Time & Part-Time are eligible for the bonus. Bonus payout will be discussed during the interview.

Nurse responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse skills and requirements:

• Current MN Licensed Practical Nursing License required.
• CPR certified preferred or willing to get
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
