Cassia, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Moose Lake Village. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Notify Clinical Managers, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, taking follow-up action as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as required, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
- Current MN Nursing license.
- CPR preferred but not required.
- Strong people and communication skills, with a desire to care for the older population and others in need.
