Harmony Gardens is hiring On-Call Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in our brand-new building in Maplewood, MN. New grads are welcome!
Harmony Gardens, a welcoming and progressive senior living community in Maplewood, MN, is searching for passionate On-Call Nurses to become a valuable part of our growing family. Our brand-new campus, unveiled in December 2022, is conveniently situated just 2 miles away from Maplewood Mall, delightful parks (Hazelwood and Harvest Park), and a variety of dining options. At Harmony Gardens, we pride ourselves on providing independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care in a state-of-the-art and compassionate environment.

What does a Nurse do?
- Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
- Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
What does a Nurse require?
- Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
