At Trinity Springs, a 150-unit senior living community in Oxford, Florida, we are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality clinical care and services to residents.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents while promoting their independence and dignity within a loving community atmosphere. You will coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment according to policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition.
