Valley View Village is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will allow entry into our senior care community, greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with the elderly, has the ability to multi-task and assist with administrative support, and is friendly and professional in all situations. This is a great job for students or those seeking to supplement their income.
This is a Part-Time (Evening) benefit eligible position.
Hours: 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Receptionist responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Allow entry to guests into our locked campus.
- Greet guests, answer questions, and direct visitors throughout the campus
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages
- Help answer basic technology/ computer questions
- Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned
- Sign for packages, flowers, etc. received at the reception desk
- Complete additional tasks as needed
- Experience in managing multi-line phone system
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
- Able to demonstrate and provide outstanding customer services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
