Our building is conveniently located in a park-like setting on Des Moines’ East side, near shopping centers, hospitals, medical providers and I-235. We would love for you to join our team today!
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and rotating on call weekends.

Scheduler/LPN skills and requirements:
- Must have an understanding of clinical scheduling
- 1-2 years of prior staffing/scheduling experience preferred but not required
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Iowa
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent customer service skills
- Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department
- Provide clerical support to nursing management
- Interview and hire candidates for open nursing positions
- Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees
- Track continuing educational programs for staff
- Create training plans for new nursing staff
- Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours
- Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms
- Complete payroll and manage time clock errors
- Order and distribute nursing supplies in a cost effective manner
- Perform additional tasks as needed
