Speech Therapist 5000 Bonus

JoinPro Rehab,an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for aFull-Time or Part-Time Speech Therapistto join our staff at both Elim Wellspring in Princeton, MN & Milaca Elim Meadows in Milaca, MN. Both are senior care campuses. We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a$5,000 bonus paid out over 1 year or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!

Hours and days are flexible! You will split time overseeing care between these 2 senior care campuses that are only 14 miles apart (We pay for Mileage!)

Pay Range:$45 - $60 / hour depending on experience

Speech Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
