Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for a Full-Time Speech Therapist to join our staff at Valley View Village in Des Moines, Iowa. We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a $5,000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
30 hours a week
Pay Range: $45 - $60 / hour depending on experience (negotiable)
Bonus payout will be discussed in the interview.
Speech Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must possess a current accredited IA Speech Therapist License.
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
- Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
