CCC provides services across the state of North Dakota including in Fargo, Bismarck, and Dickinson.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, promotions, and product launches.
- Support SEO/SEM strategies and paid advertising efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Marketing experience a bonus but not required.
