$15/hour plus bonuses and tips are yours!

I can get you full time hours and am open to overtime! On residential you keep all tips. We have a job coming up with a $66 tip. I would only book you one residential per week to start. We do that during the day. Residential = inside homes. We also service many banks and offer commercial services as well. You would clean after 5 in evenings during the week at least 4 days a week. Full time schedule would start Mon April 7th. We would start you out as part time to make sure you are the best fit. We would train you and provide all supplies. You'll do a text interview with my VA to sort out some simple questions, then you'll video chat with Cassie. We drug test and background check. Not concerned with marijuana. We pay direct deposit with adp every Friday. We pay holidays (if youre scheduled to work that day and dont because its a holiday). We offer paid time off once a year. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure high-quality appearance and hygiene.
• Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Manage housekeeping tasks in hotels or similar environments, maintaining guest satisfaction through cleanliness.
• Provide custodial services in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies effectively to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items as needed.
