The Job
- Type: Subcontractor (no fixed schedule—ideal as a second job).
- Pay: Flat rate per job.
- Commercial cleaning: Averages $25/hour.
- Residential cleaning: Typically $25–$50/hour (average is around $30/hour).
- You know the pay rate before accepting a job, and faster work means higher hourly earnings!
- Work Hours: Jobs start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Requirements
1. Insurance: Must carry your own insurance (around $40/month, easy to set up).
2. Supplies: Must bring your own cleaning supplies.
3. Screening: Must pass a drug test and background check.
4. Experience: Residential cleaning experience is strongly preferred. Most people assume they know how to clean—but it’s a skill we take seriously!
