Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all appliances, fixtures, and surfaces are spotless.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and respecting their privacy.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is required for residential.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently and do walk thrus after every clean.
- If anything is missed, must be willing to go back to correct at no additional cost.

Right now I have 3 jobs Tuesday and 2 jobs Friday. Tuesday pays 40 plus 40 plus 30. Fri pays 40 plus 30. As a contractor, you can write off mileage. You'll be responsible for supplies. Client provides trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper to stock. Primary job responsibilities on commercial are floors trash bathrooms break room and dusting. Bathrooms include stocking. Tuesday, first job is between 8 and 4. Second and third jobs are after 5pm. Fri jobs are after 5. Tuesdays day time job takes 1.5 hrs, evening job takes 1 hr and 1.5 hrs. Fri jobs take 1 hr and 1.5 hrs.
I'm looking for someone who will want more work than this. Ideally, you'd be able to do residential and for that experience is a must. Residential pays on avg $200 per job. It varies but that was the average one time pay in Feb. Once we get you so many hours, youd need to be willing to get insurance.
Pay is every Friday with one week held back via direct deposit. Must pass background check and drug test. Plant friendly. Would need to sign a contract and key agreement.
