Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that every area is thoroughly cleaned and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Look at our website to see the tasks we do. Be prepared to be asked what supplies you plan to use. We are looking for professionals. They know immediately what they'll use and when.

Skills

• Must have at least 2 years experience cleaning residential
• Must pass background check and drug test (marijuana is ok)
• Must bring all supplies

We pay every Friday direct deposit with one week held back. Cleaner is responsible to ensure all supplies are taken care of. Clean microfiber towels, a clean mop etc. Our average pay on residential one time cleans in January was $175. We use an app that well get you set up on. You'll see the size of the home, the pay and the type of clean as well as time the clean might take. With professionals, a 10 hr clean can be done in 7. The variation in prices is due to type of clean and size of home. Move out cleans pay the most.

All I ask in the beginning is that you give me at least 1 day a week availability to get started. My most recent cleaner started at that and 3 weeks later, shes already almost booked up. But shes amazing and a hard worker. Its usually not so fast but it does happen. Ive had cleaners make over 1k week when they do a good job and give me lots of availability. I like to only find the best. We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If anything is missed cleaner is to go right back out to correct at no additional pay. Pay is flat rate. I pay to have a set of tasks completed. We dont pay hourly. As a professional cleaner myself, I understand this industry well. If I paid hourly, you'd be penalized for being better. Its about task completion.

On commercial, cleaners tend to average about 25 hr. We upload pics after every clean. We pay $10 for any 5 star google review from a clean you did and $10 for a 5 star facebook review. You keep all tips. We utilize lots of neat systems. Youll see any details about the booking on the app, you can add notes after a clean, the app will take you right to the location, we use gps technology to clock in, you can upload a picture and the client will get a text when you click on the way letting them know who you are and that you're on the way. When you clock out, the client will get a text asking for feedback. When client leaves feedback it will send you a text letting you know what the feedback was. All your feedback stays with you for future clients to see. This is very hard work.

We have you sign a contract, fill out a w9, give Cassie your banking info for direct deposit, run a background check, sign a key agreement, and we do a drug test. Once you get steady work, we ask that you maintain insurance. This is about 40/month. Super simple process.

No non compete required. Regular residential house cleaners are strongly encouraged to apply! Having your own clients teaches you a lot. I'm looking for the best.
