Role overview
As a BDR Manager at CAST AI you are a strategic and resultsdriven sales leader with experience in building scaling and optimizing outbound sales teams within Cloud SaaS industries. As CAST AI continues its rapid growth we are looking for a dynamic leader to develop and mentor a highperforming BDR team that will identify engage and qualify potential opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Leading and coaching a team of BDRs to drive pipeline growth
- Developing and optimizing outbound sales strategies
- Implementing and refining qualification frameworks to ensure highquality leads
