  • Work with business leaders on our quarterly planning cycle to identify the key tactics we pursue each quarter.
  • Translate high level initiatives into one-pagers describing the opportunity, tactics, and next steps to deliver on quarterly plans. Get buy-in with both stakeholders, peers, and your team on the tactics.
  • Writing Epics, Stories, and Bug tickets to maintain a healthy backlog of work for an engineering team.
  • Running weekly Sprint Planning and Pre-Planning sessions as well as daily standups to keep our engineering team on track.
  • Helping to coordinate communication on new feature launches with our in-house teams and informing end users of new features we're delivering.
  • Working with our data team to implement analytics, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Understanding KPIs that monitor our overall marketplace health and identifying trends and key changes.
  • Work with other internal departments to ensure they're getting the data and reports they need from our business.
