Position Overview :
Castaway Burbank, a premier dining and events destination, is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Banquet Operations (Director of Special Event Ops) to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our private events (banquets) operations, ensuring that every occasion runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations. From intimate gatherings to large corporate events, the Director will ensure that the highest standards of service and quality are upheld.
